Job summary

Padini Concept Store Midvalley is seeking a Retail Senior Advisor to oversee store operations and lead the team. You will assist in resolving customer inquiries, monitor service standards and ensure smooth staff discipline.

The role also involves maintaining store presentation, handling sales reporting, and coordinating staff training, including coaching promoters as needed. We offer a performance bonus, outpatient medical coverage, insurance, and staff purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail
• Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated
• Possess good leadership skills
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours
• Computer literate
