Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad, at Padini Concept Store Mid Valley, seeks a Retail Executive to support daily store operations and staff supervision. You will monitor customer service, resolve enquiries, and ensure store upkeep while attending to staff welfare.

Responsibilities include compiling sales reports, coordinating training, and coaching promoters. Diploma in Retail Management and 2–3 years in fashion retail are required; candidate must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• With at least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment.
• Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated.
• Possess good leadership skills.
