Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a Retail Executive for the Padini Concept Store Bukit Indah JB to assist in operations, monitor staff customer service and discipline, and ensure the upkeep of the store.

You will compile sales data, generate reports, coordinate training, and coach promoters, leveraging strong people skills and leadership. Shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of fashion retail experience.
• Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated.
• Good leadership skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours.
• Computer literate.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;

With at least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment;

Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated;

Possess good leadership skills;

Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;

Computer Literate.
