Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a Retail Senior Advisor for Padini Concept Store Mid Valley Southkey in Malaysia. You will oversee operations, monitor staff service, and ensure the store runs smoothly while coaching promoters and resolving customer queries. A Diploma in Retail Management and 2–3 years in fashion retail are required.

RETAIL SENIOR ADVISOR - PADINI CONCEPT STORE MID VALLEY SOUTHKEY

Assist in operations issues and monitoring of staffs' customer service and discipline;

Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare and resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints;

Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;

Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;

Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;

With at least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment;

Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated;

Possess good leadership skills;

Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;

Computer Literate.
