Join Padini Holdings Berhad as a Marketing & Operations Assistant Executive (Retail Operations) and be part of a dynamic team driving excellence across our retail network. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend operational management, visual merchandising, and brand development to ensure each store delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Ensure smooth operations across all assigned stores.

Conduct regular visits to assigned stores and communicate with staff to identify and resolve urgent issues.

Participate in store management, execution, visual merchandising, and brand development.

Collaborate closely with relevant departments on operational matters.

Plan, implement, and maintain visual merchandising standards to create compelling product presentations that engage customers and drive sales.

Execute visual presentation changes, including re-arrangement of merchandise, shelves, fixtures, and visual merchandising points, in accordance with display guidelines and SOPs.

Lead and monitor store manpower planning, and manage staff performance and development.

Monitor sales performance, conduct market research, and propose actionable plans to improve sales.

Ensure high standards of customer service, including handling feedback, exchanges, and damaged goods.

Oversee inventory management and stock-taking arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Formulate standard operating procedures related to store operations and merchandising.

Generate and compile management reports for analysis to support brand objectives.

Support and enforce initiatives to achieve the brand’s goals and objectives.

Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Possess a Diploma or Degree in any related field.

2–3 years of working experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the fashion retail industry are encouraged to apply.

Able to work on alternate Saturdays or public holidays during peak seasons.

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Self-motivated, open-minded, flexible, and maintain a positive attitude.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Experience in visual merchandising is an added advantage.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned areas, including outstation locations.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high self-motivation.

Location: This position is available in Selangor, KL and Penang, with travel to assigned stores and outstation locations as required.
