Job summary

Padini Concept Store Paradigm Mall PJ in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Executive to support store operations, monitor customer service levels, and uphold staff discipline. You will help ensure merchandise presentation and smooth daily running of the outlet.

You will compile sales data, generate reports, coordinate training for promoters, and assist with staff welfare. The role requires a diploma in retail management and 2–3 years in fashion retail, with shifts including weekends and public

Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field.
• At least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment.
• Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated.
• Possess good leadership skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours.
• Computer literate.
