Job summary

Single Malt Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur operates boutique stores and imports premium single malts. We are seeking an enthusiastic retail professional to join our Bangsar Shopping Centre shop and deliver outstanding customer service.

You'll handle stock, assist with in-store events, build relationships with regular customers, and respond to inquiries by phone and social media. Fluency in English and a positive learning attitude are essential. This role requires weekend shifts and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Interest to learn more about premium single malt whiskies and spirits.
• Experience in selling premium spirits is an advantage.
• Experience with customer service of high net worth customers is also an advantage.
• Fluency in spoken English is essential.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, earnest attitude to learning.
• Basic internet and computing skill.
