Job summary

Core Culture International Sdn Bhd is seeking an Airport Retail Consultant for its duty-free wine and spirits segment at KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. You will engage with international travelers, provide product knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high store presentation standards.

Experience in retail or duty-free sales is a plus, and you should be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Represent premium international spirits and alcoholic beverage brands in airport duty-free retail.

Engage with customers and deliver excellent customer service.

Provide product knowledge and recommendations on spirits and alcoholic beverages.

Promote ongoing campaigns, new products and special offers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain product displays and ensure high store presentation standards.
