Job summary

MR D.I.Y. is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage in-store campaigns and POSM across Malaysia. You will plan monthly promotions, oversee POSM production, and coordinate across stores to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.

You will work with designers and internal teams, track campaign performance, and prepare post-mortem reports with ROI insights for management. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in retail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and timeline management.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & POSM management; plan monthly promotional themes.
• Oversee production of POSM materials: posters, wobblers, gondola headers, digital displays.
• Coordinate production and deployment across stores for timely execution.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
• Track campaign performance and ROI; prepare post-mortem reports for management.
• Identify improvements and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
