Popular Book Co. (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive coordinator to support promotion planning with Buyers, Admin, Marketing, and Ops.

You will handle POSM/artwork coordination, plan social media posts, and manage online product displays according to promotion timelines. The role requires at least SPM with 2 years of experience or a diploma/degree, and welcomes fresh graduates. Based at Platinum Cheras, Malay/English/Mandarin language skills preferred, with a dynamic fast-paced

Qualifications

SPM graduates with 2 years working experience or Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Able to work in a fast pace environment with tight timelines.
Preferably candidates with own transport.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Buyers, Admin, Marketing, and Ops for promotion planning
Request and check POSM and social media artwork with Marketing
Liaise with marketing department in all activities and planning marketing activities
Plan and coordinate social media posts for Nationwide Promotion and Weekly Department Posts as scheduled by marketing department
Manage product displays on the corporate website according to the promotion timeline, coordinate social media posts, and ensure accurate pricing online
Coordinate with buyers for product selection
Coordinate editorial pages, and work out schedule, follow up with buyers /suppliers for artwork preparation
End-of-year follow-up on POPCLUB promotion and contract/payment clearance with marketing team
Respond to customer service queries from Marketing via email or WhatsApp
Assist in the setting up of new stores and major fairs/ events
