AFFIN is seeking an Associate, Retail Sales Branch Support in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. The role focuses on remisier and client support, ensuring timely duties, onboarding documentation, and smooth branch operations.

You will assist with branch invoicing, servicing, and relationship management while coordinating with HQ Branch Support on licenses, documentation and compliance. A finance/banking background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Bachelor in finance, banking or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Remisier & Client Support: assist RBH/ESH and address duties on time; support daily branch operations.
• Branch Support: handle invoices, logbooks, service requests and branch maintenance; oversee client servicing and relationships.
• Coordinate with HQ Branch Support for documentation, licenses, and ID/equipment resets; manage TOT and deceased client cases.
