Job summary

AFFIN Group is seeking a finance professional to support remisier operations and client services in our Malaysian branches. The role emphasizes accuracy in onboarding, documentation, and handling client inquiries related to accounts, transfers, and constraints.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in finance or related field, with at least 2 years in financial services, strong communication, and analytical skills to contribute to team growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical capabilities and ability to manage people.

Responsibilities

Report to RBH/ESH and complete duties on time.
Assist RBH/ESH in daily branch operations.
Verify and finalize new account openings and onboarding documentation.
Respond to remisier/clients’ requests to check account status and correspondence.
Coordinate AMLA client detail updates and BO/UBO requests.
Liaise with HQ Branch Support for new/renewal remisier activities and licences.
Coordinate ID resets and suspensions with relevant departments.
Manage TOT and deceased client cases with Bursa Malaysia.
Oversee branch invoices, service requests, and branch maintenance issues.
