Responsibilities

• Remisier & Client Support: assist RBH/ESH and address duties on time; support daily branch operations.
• Branch Support: handle invoices, logbooks, service requests and branch maintenance; oversee client servicing and relationships.
• Coordinate with HQ Branch Support for documentation, licenses, and ID/equipment resets; manage TOT and deceased client cases.

Committed to continuous learning and development in the dynamic field of financial markets**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **Remisier & Client Support*** Report to RBH/ESH and to complete all duty and assignment on time.* To assist RBH/ESH on their daily branch operational.* Check and ensure completeness of new account opening include documentation before submitting to onboarding Team. Follow up with the operation on all Dealer representatives’ issue that need to address such as an account opening matter.* Handling remisier/clients request to check any status of the account although remisier have access to the BTX to check monies in trust, purchases & selling contract and client outstanding /position.* Handle CDR/clients(verified by staff) request to check o/s balance, CDS transfer request, nominees accounts detail, dividend payment, corporate exercises, proxy form request, and others* Coordinate AMLA request to update client details include documentation for BO/UBO request.* Coordinate with HQ Branch Support for New/Renewal/remisier assistant/Marketing representative/futures licences. Check & follow up for documentation.* Coordinate with respective department for any ID reset/suspension request.* Manage the processing of TOT (transfer on death) and deceased client cases, including documentation and liaison with Bursa Malaysia.* **Branch Support**Handle branch invoices, all services request, maintain & manage logbook for server/UPS room.Submit monthly/services request bills i.e IT services requests/ Fire extinguisher services/branch license renewal include local government office for recommendation and approval.Manage CDR room rental/car parking/phone bills with PLD and finance department.Report for any maintenance request such as Light/chair/table and other reported issues.Oversee branch client servicing and relationship management. **JOB REQUIREMENTS**· A Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in finance/banking or any relevant industry· Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in financial services· Strong experience in financial markets and financial products. · Excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation skills. · Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic fast-paced environment. · Possess good analytical skills and people management skills Able to do critical thinking
