Job summary

You will assist with daily tasks, verify new account documentation, and coordinate with AMLA, IT, and branch staff to resolve issues, while maintaining strong client relations across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance/banking or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support remisier and client operations; assist with daily branch tasks.
• Assist with new account opening documentation and onboarding.
• Coordinate with branches for ID resets, AMLA requests, and account issues.
• Handle client inquiries about account status, transfers, and settlements.
• Oversee branch servicing and relationship management.
