U Mobile is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a designated store in Malaysia. You will drive sales, lead a team, and ensure a superior customer experience across daily operations.

The role requires a diploma/degree or related experience, 3–5 years in sales or customer service, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree or commensurate industry experience.
• 3–5 years in sales or customer service, preferably telecom.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly sales targets and drive performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff including ASMs and sales agents.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
• Manage store operations, cash handling, inventory, and visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing and report performance to Area Manager.
