Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Associate/Senior Retail Associate for the Midvalley/SOGO stores. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will manage stock replenishment, price tagging, and participate in regular stock counts. English and Bahasa Melayu are required languages, with opportunities to grow within a leading specialist retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM or higher.
• Diploma or above recommended for growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s level or higher preferred where applicable.

• To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray a professional and customer-oriented image.
• To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.

Responsibilities

To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.

To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.

To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.

Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Requirements

Passion for selling.

Customer service oriented.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
