Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a retail manager to drive sales targets and lead a friendly, professional customer service culture in-store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit and maintain a capable sales team, ensure efficient in-store teamwork, and keep stock levels well managed.

The role requires a minimum SPM with retail management experience or a diploma/degree, proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English, and at least one year in retail or F&B.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
• Required languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales target set.
• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
• Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
