Job summary

PLC PET LOVERS CENTRE SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) seeks a Retail Assistant at Sunway Putra Mall. The role supports daily store operations, helps achieve sales targets, and promotes PLC memberships while ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment for customers and staff.

Fresh graduates are welcome; own transport is a plus, and weekend/public holiday work is required. Sign-on bonus up to RM600 for initial seven months and comprehensive training are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering functions and balance cash registers.
• Support day-to-day store operations to meet sales targets/KPIs.
• Promote PLC memberships and renewals to customers.
• Replenish out-of-stock items and assist in stock counts.
• Maintain store housekeeping for a clean and safe environment.
• Handle any other daily duties as assigned by supervisor.

Retail Assistant @ Sunway Putra Mall (Full Time)

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the person in charge/ supervisor.

Requirements:
