Job summary

PLC PET LOVERS CENTRE SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our pet retail store in Malaysia. You will support day-to-day operations, meet sales targets, perform cashiering, and promote PLC membership sign-ups to customers.

You should be hardworking with good communication, willing to work weekends/public holidays, and able to balance stock and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, matured and pleasant personality.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated salesperson.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering functions for product purchases and balance cash registers.
• Promote PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customer needs.
• Replenish out-of-stock items on display and assist in stock-take exercises.
• Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe store environment for staff, customers and pets.
• Handle daily operations duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers' needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements

Individuals who are hardworking, matured and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person are added advantages.
