Job summary

PLC Pet Lovers Centre Sdn. Bhd. (Retail) invites applications for a Retail Sales Assistant at Bangsar Shopping Centre. You will support daily store operations, assist customers with purchases, promote PLC memberships, and help maintain product displays.

The role requires a hardworking, pleasant personality with good communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome, own transport is an advantage, and weekend/public holiday work is expected. Training and a sign-on bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in cashiering and cash handling.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform cashiering and balance cash registers accurately.
• Promote product and PLC membership sign-ups/renewals to meet customer needs.
• Assist in stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
• Maintain overall housekeeping for a clean and safe store environment.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign‑ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad‑hoc/periodic stock‑take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/ supervisor.

Requirements:

Individuals who are hardworking, matured and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and self‑motivated sales person are added advantages.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possessing own transport is an added advantage.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Willing to work at Bangsar Shopping Centre

Sign‑on Bonus: up to RM600 for initial first 7 months of service
