Job summary

PLC PET LOVERS CENTRE SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) is seeking a customer service representative to support daily store operations and help meet sales targets. The role includes cashier duties, promoting PLC memberships, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and their pets.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and possessing own transport is an added advantage; weekend and public holiday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations to meet sales targets.
• Perform cashiering and balance cash registers.
• Promote PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs.
• Assist in replenishing out-of-stock items and stock takes.
• Maintain general housekeeping for a clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.
• Carry out any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store supervisor.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements
