Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a store operations professional to enhance the customer journey, manage cash and inventory, and drive in-store merchandising effectiveness. The role requires strong leadership to sustain a high-performance retail team and ensure service excellence.

The position focuses on staff scheduling, policy compliance, and maintaining a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
