Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Retail Store Manager support role at Mesra Mall in Malaysia to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and ensure operational compliance. The role focuses on guiding the store team to achieve targets and uphold Maxis standards.

The successful candidate will act as second-in-command, assist in daily operations, inventory, cash handling and coaching while maintaining top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RSM in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets
• Support the management of daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with all SOPs
• Assist the RSM in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture
• Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation, and resolving customer issues
• Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the RSM in their absence to ensure continuity of store management
• Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the RSM
