Job summary

Menara Maxis in Malaysia invites experienced retail leaders to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer journeys across our stores. You will drive operational excellence, oversee cash, inventory, floor, and merchandising, and deputise for the HoMC when needed.

You will coach and mentor the team, schedule staff to match crowd patterns, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold our #SimplyMaxis culture focused on simple, real customer needs and winning together.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey and ensuring speedy resolutions.
• Ensure seamless operations in cash, inventory, floor, and in-store merchandising management.
• Assist the HoMC in all aspects of store management and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the team to foster a great service and high-performance culture.
• Manage the in-store customer experience by understanding crowd patterns and executing smart staff scheduling.
• Enforce quality and compliance with all standard policies and procedures.
