Job summary

Ample Couture is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to join our fashion & beauty team. You will greet customers, assist with fitting, product selection, sizing, and provide warm, personalized service.

You’ll help receive and organise stock, label and scan merchandise, conduct stock counts, replenishment, and keep the store, fitting rooms and stockroom neat, clean, and welcoming for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and assist customers' enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with fitting, product selection, sizing, and other general product information.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and presentable image while serving customers.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, checking, and organising new stock.
• Label, iron, and scan merchandise accurately.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with stock replenishment when required.
• Ensure all garments are properly tagged and ready for retail.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail store, fitting rooms, stockroom, and other designated areas.
• Ensure the store is properly organised and ready for daily operations.
