Job summary

PLC PET LOVERS CENTRE SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a customer service oriented Retail Sales Assistant. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and help the team meet sales targets.

You will perform cashiering, promote PLC memberships, replenish stock, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Weekend and public holiday work are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations to meet sales targets.
• Perform cashiering and balance cash registers.
• Promote product and PLC membership sign-ups/renewals.
• Replenish out-of-stock items and assist in stock counts.
• Maintain general housekeeping for a clean, safe store environment.
• Handle other daily duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers' needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements

Individuals who are hardworking, matured and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person are added advantages.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possessing own transport is an added advantage.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
