Job summary

PLC Pet Lovers Centre Sdn. Bhd. (Retail) is seeking a Customer Service / Retail Sales Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support daily operations and help meet sales targets.

You will handle cashiering, promote PLC memberships, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain a clean, safe store environment for customers and their pets. The role requires good communication, hardworking attitude, and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person are added advantages.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the retail store to meet sales targets/KPIs.
• Perform cashiering functions and balance cash registers.
• Recommend and promote products or PLC membership sign-ups/renewals.
• Assist in replenishing out-of-stock items and stock counts.
• Maintain general housekeeping for a clean and safe environment.
• Handle daily duties as assigned by supervisor/store-in-charge.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the supervisor/ the store person in charge.

Requirements
