Job summary

PLC Pet Lovers Centre Sdn. Bhd. (Retail) is hiring a Retail Assistant for AEON Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre to support day-to-day store operations and help achieve sales targets.

You will handle cashiering, assist customers, promote PLC memberships, replenish stock, and maintain store cleanliness. Fresh graduates are welcome, and weekend/public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, matured and pleasant personality.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person are advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering functions and balance cash registers.
• Support replenishment of out-of-stock items on the display.
• Assist in ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and stock count.
• Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Handle daily operations as assigned by supervisor.

Retail Assistant @ AEON Bukit Tinggi S.C.

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements

Individuals who are hardworking, matured and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person are added advantages.
