Job summary

Infoplexus Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an energetic Tele Sales Representative to drive revenue through outbound calls, presenting our products, and converting leads into sales opportunities at our Kelana Jaya office.

You will identify customer needs, tailor solutions, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual targets. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele sales or telephone-based sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer objections.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work towards ambitious goals.
• Self-motivated and result-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Ability to work independently whilst remaining part of a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Patience, resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Knowledge of the sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
• Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Qualifying leads and determining their potential value to the organization.
• Closing sales deals and achieving or exceeding individual sales targets and quotas.
• Recording and maintaining accurate customer information and sales data in our CRM systems.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Collaborating with the sales team to share insights and best practices for improving performance.
• Preparing sales reports and providing regular updates on sales activities and results.
