You will work towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions on calls and messaging channels. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening in English and Bahasa; Chinese is a plus.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Effective time management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Resilience in handling rejection.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to customers from a provided contact list.
• Present products to prospective customers, communicating features and benefits.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the products to address inquiries and objections.
• Handle objections and work towards converting leads into customers.
• Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Handle conflicts and complaints professionally.
• Build a connection with customers by showing genuine interest and sympathy.
• Be flexible and adapt approach based on customer personality and issue complexity.
• Perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and listening.
• Assess customer requirements and purchase potential.
• Aim to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions across calls, Telegram, WhatsApp, and sales outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to tailor strategies.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations during calls.
• Fulfill any other related duties as assigned.
