Job summary

Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Credit Control Executive to join our finance team in Melaka. The role focuses on reducing long overdue debts and unallocated credits while delivering a competitive base salary and incentive structure, with full product training and guided support from the Credit Control Manager.

You will contact customers by phone, liaise with operations, and prepare journals, deposits, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline with proven credit control track record.
• Able to work independently to meet collection targets.
• Results oriented, dynamic, creative and self driven.
• Team player with strong communication and customer focus.
• Malaysian citizen or eligible resident.

Responsibilities

• Collect maximum value of outstanding debts at earliest date by telephone and enforce terms.
• Liaise with Service, Operation and Customer Care to resolve payment issues.
• Spend maximum time on calls; record contacts and actions in system.
• Monitor reminder letters and statements per policy.
• Prepare debtors journals and AR adjustments.
• Process cash/cheques deposits for daily banking.
• Prepare debtor reports and monthly collections status.
• Achieve KPI targets set by management.
