Job summary

Mayland Management Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Credit Control Executive to manage full AR and credit control duties within our property management group.

You will oversee collections, reconcile accounts, and monitor overdue balances to ensure timely cash flow. The role requires a certificate or equivalent, strong English communication, and at least 2 years of experience in credit control. • Certificate or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years' relevant credit control and debt collection experience.
• Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines and handle ad-hoc tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and team-oriented with good coordination.
• Willing to renew contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collection and credit monitoring.
• Conduct account reconciliation, journal posting, and match collections to customer accounts.
• Prepare AR/Credit control reports and daily collection updates.
• Monitor overdue accounts and issue reminder letters.
• Handle billing, outstanding amounts, and issue receipts.
• Generate monthly tenant statements upon request.
• Create a daily collection report to update debtor ledgers and accounts.
