Job summary

CERGAS NOBLE SDN. BHD. is a Malaysian cafe chain and master franchisee of Secret Recipe Sarawak. Based in Miri, we are seeking an Outlet Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations and to uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise service and kitchen staff, monitor food safety, handle customer inquiries, assist with scheduling and inventory, and help drive sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Preferably experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and guide service crew, kitchen crew, and other outlet staff to maintain service quality and productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards in accordance with company SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, task allocation, and daily manpower arrangements.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, food supplies, and wastage to minimise operational costs.
• Assist with cashiering, payment transactions, cash handling, and daily sales reporting when required.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and coaching to improve team performance.
• Ensure the outlet is properly prepared for opening and closing operations.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and implementing operational improvements to achieve outlet targets.
