CPI Food Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily operations, mentor new crew, and uphold service and grooming standards. You will drive exceptional customer experiences and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen or service teams is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and front-line leadership.
• Ability to train new staff and ensure grooming and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist new crew members in learning job skills and adapting to their roles.
• Monitor kitchen and service crews to ensure professional appearance and grooming standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff by example to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Follow internal and external company policies and operational guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Ensure all food items are prepared on time and meet strict quality and quantity standards.
• Manage incoming deliveries, including off-loading trucks, storing, and transferring raw products to work areas.
• Check product stock, monitor inventory levels, and enforce proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Document and submit basic sales reports.
