Job summary

CERGAS NOBLE MANUFACTURING SDN BHD, a Malaysian homegrown cafe chain and master franchisee of Secret Recipe Sarawak, is seeking an HR Assistant in Kuching. The role focuses on payroll support, maintaining employee records, attendance, and filing, while ensuring confidentiality.

You will answer staff questions and handle payroll issues, with additional duties as assigned by management. Based in Sarawak, the position offers on-site work and opportunities to learn within a growing hospitality group

Qualifications

• At least SPM / STPM holder with credit in Mathematics.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Executive to do paperwork and payroll.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and overtime with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle filing and retrieval of HR documents in electronic and paper formats.
• Answer employees' questions and resolve payroll problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
