Job summary

HTFU Restaurant Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations. The role requires leading and motivating the outlet team to ensure smooth business activities and high standards of service.

You will ensure SOP compliance, food safety, and hygiene, while monitoring quality and customer satisfaction. The position involves shift work, weekend and public holiday coverage, with a focus on proactive problem solving and staff development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Responsible, proactive and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, guide and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and overall customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in manpower planning and daily work allocation.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance.
• Conduct training and coaching for new and existing employees.
• Assist in stock management, inventory control and receiving deliveries.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, equipment maintenance and workplace safety.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager / Area Coach/ Head of Operations.
