Job summary

HTFU RESTAURANT SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee daily outlet operations, lead the team, and ensure SOPs, food safety and customer satisfaction are met at all times.

You will train staff, monitor attendance, assist in inventory, and support the Restaurant Manager to reach sales targets and KPIs, while working shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Responsible, proactive and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, guide and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and overall customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in manpower planning and daily work allocation.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance.
• Conduct training and coaching for new and existing employees.
• Assist in stock management, inventory control and receiving deliveries.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, equipment maintenance and workplace safety.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager / Area Coach/ Head of Operations.
