Sushi Ya, part of JVT SUSHI YA SDN BHD, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead team members, and uphold high standards of service and food quality.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage peak service periods in a fast-paced environment. You will work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with overtime and incentive rewards.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage peak service periods and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• 5 working days per week.
• Overtime pay and double pay on public holidays may apply.
• Monthly and quarterly incentives program.
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions provided.
• Staff meals provided and annual leave.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily front-of-house and kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and support team training and development.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Monitor inventory levels, food wastage, service issues, and daily operational reports.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to maintain service quality and productivity.
• Address operational challenges and assist in resolving customer concerns professionally.
