Job summary

Inter Island Group in Kampong Tampoi, Johor, Malaysia, invites applications for a Restaurant Supervisor role. You will manage daily shifts, train and motivate staff, and liaise between employees and management to uphold service standards and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in F&B, at least 1 year in a supervisory position, and is comfortable working 6 days a week on rotating shifts. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the F&B industry.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work 6 days per week on rotating morning/afternoon shifts.
• Experience: F&B 3 years; Restaurant Supervisor 1 year.
