Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B operations or similar in a restaurant or cafe.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage rosters.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and SOP compliance.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and customer experience.
• Lead and coach outlet employees to achieve excellence.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate manpower.
• Conduct on-the-job training and monitor performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain outlet documentation and compliance records.
