Nasi Lemak Aunty Ainul is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, resolve customer complaints, assign duties, and support training and development to maintain high standards.

You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, monitor food quality and service speed, handle opening/closing duties, and assist with inventory and communication

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to team members
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed
• Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reports
• Support inventory control and assist with ordering supplies
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operations and staff issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
