Job summary

Bercitarasa Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards, and coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to maintain stock.

You will lead and motivate staff, prepare duty rosters, assist in recruitment and performance reviews, and record daily sales and wastage data while ensuring Halal and health regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience in F&B operations or a related field.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Must have own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word / Google Sheets).
• Knowledge of kitchen or outlet equipment maintenance is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations at outlets
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and preparation according to SOPs
• Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to maintain sufficient stock and supplies
• Assist outlets in handling equipment issues, including reporting, coordination with suppliers/technicians, and following up on repairs or replacements
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and service standards
• Prepare and manage duty rosters, attendance, and manpower allocation
• Support in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff
• Record daily operational data such as sales, wastage, and manpower updates
• Ensure compliance with food safety, Halal, and health regulations
