Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, F&B Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial/outlet management position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B service standards.
• Able to manage staff, inventory, sales, and operational costs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS/accounting systems is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational and service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, restaurant performance, and operational expenses.
• Ensure proper cash handling, stock control, and inventory management.
• Monitor food quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company SOPs.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower at the outlet.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing/warehouse team when necessary.
• Control wastage and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure the restaurant, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained.
• Prepare daily and periodic operational reports for management.
• Achieve sales targets, improve outlet profitability, and support business growth.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
