Job summary

Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the hotel's restaurants, bars, and catering operations. Based in Johor Bahru, you will report to the General Manager and lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

You will develop strategies, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with hotel leadership to align F&B offerings with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar food and beverage management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in cost control and budgeting.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
