Job summary

WOK THAI is seeking a responsible, energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our team at Sunway Pyramid, Selangor, Malaysia.

You will supervise kitchen and service staff, monitor quality and hygiene, manage scheduling and inventory, and address customer feedback to ensure exceptional service. Mandarin is preferred; English and Bahasa Malaysia are assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or F&B management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, honest, proactive, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and manage kitchen and service staff.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, stock control, and inventory.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and control operating costs.
• Ensure the team follows WOK THAI's SOPs and standards.
