Job summary

Bottega Mediterranea Sdn Bhd is seeking passionate individuals for roles in a non-halal Italian F&B outlet in Malaysia. The position focuses on overseeing daily restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team to achieve service standards.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in restaurant/F&B operations, including supervisory experience, and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Good understanding of daily restaurant operations.
• Responsible, organised and able to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operations – Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Guest Experience – Deliver excellent guest service and handle enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Team Supervisio n – Supervise, schedule, coach and develop team members with daily briefs.
• Sales & Cost Contro l – Support sales targets, productivity, cost control, inventory management and daily cash handling.
• Service Standards – Maintain outlet cleanliness, organisation and consistent service standards.
• Team Coordination – Work with Kitchen and Beverage teams for smooth service.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety requirements.
