Job summary

Group Bottega is hiring in Selangor, Malaysia for a front-of-house role within our non-halal Italian F&B concept. You will welcome guests, help with menu choices and ensure accurate service while maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.

We value friendly, customer-focused individuals with good communication and teamwork skills, able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays and maintain grooming standards.

Qualifications

• F&B / restaurant service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, positive and customer-focused personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn about Italian food and beverages.
• Responsible, punctual and well-groomed.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service – Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Menu & Ordering – Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations.
• Food & Beverage Service – Serve food and beverages to standard.
• Guest Experience – Check on guests and respond to requests or feedback.
• Cleanliness & Setup – Maintain clean tables, stations and dining areas.
• Outlet Support – Assist with daily operations and events as needed.
• Hygiene & Safety – Follow hygiene and safety policies at all times.
