As an Outlet Manager you will oversee Outlet Operations, lead the team, ensure smooth daily service and maintain high guest satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Collaborate with Kitchen and Beverage, monitor costs and hygiene, and support promotions to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales and cost control.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and able to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations – Manage overall outlet and FOH operations.
• Team Management – Lead, schedule, train and develop the outlet team to maintain strong performance and teamwork.
• Guest Experience – Ensure excellent guest service, maintain service standards and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Sales & Performance – Drive outlet sales, achieve revenue targets and monitor overall business performance.
• Cost & Inventory – Monitor labour costs, operating expenses, stock levels and inventory to control outlet costs effectively.
• Quality & Compliance – Maintain high food, beverage and service standards while ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, safety and company policies.
• Business & Marketing – Support outlet promotions and marketing activities while identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Team Coordination – Work closely with Kitchen, Beverage and other departments to ensure smooth communication and overall outlet operations.
