Job summary

Bottega Mediterranea Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Operations Manager to lead the frontline and drive exceptional guest service in our Selangor-based Italian F&B concept. You will manage daily FOH operations, coach staff, and ensure smooth service across shifts.

With a focus on sales performance, cost control and compliance, you will work closely with Kitchen and other departments to deliver consistent quality and promote engaging guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on and able to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations – Manage overall outlet and FOH operations.
• Team Management – Lead, schedule, train and develop the outlet team.
• Guest Experience – Ensure excellent guest service and handle feedback.
• Sales & Performance – Drive outlet sales and monitor revenue.
• Cost & Inventory – Monitor labour costs, expenses and stock levels.
• Quality & Compliance – Maintain high food, beverage and service standards.
• Business & Marketing – Support promotions and engagement activities.
• Team Coordination – Coordinate with Kitchen, Beverage and other departments.
