Job summary

Marrybrown Sdn Bhd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our Central-area operations in Malaysia. You will oversee daily activities, drive service excellence and ensure profitability through effective team leadership.

You will supervise scheduling, training and performance, monitor inventory, and uphold high standards of health and safety while delivering a warm, memorable dining experience for guests.

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the restaurant operations at our Marrybrown location in Central areas. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional dining experience every time they visit. You will work closely with your team to deliver efficient and friendly service, while also overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and managing the restaurant crew, including scheduling, training and performance management

Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all customers

Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory

Overseeing the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant to maintain high standards

Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations

Generating sales and driving profitability through effective operational management

Reporting on key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement

Proven experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
